3.3.3. Check of components of a control system by an automatic transmissionCheck of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS)
The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve represents a potentiometer with sliding contact which moves according to rotation of an axis of a butterfly valve, specifying a corner of opening of a zaslonka. At turn of an axis of a butterfly valve tension of a signal of the sensor of its situation changes. On the basis of change of value of tension of a signal of the sensor and speed of its change the electronic control unit determines by the engine degree and speed of opening of a butterfly valve.
Check of the sensor of temperature of AKPP oil
|
Fig. 3.52. Scheme of check of the sensor of temperature of AKPP oil
|
Remove the sensor of temperature of AKPP oil.
Measure resistance between conclusions 1 and 2 sockets of the sensor in control points.
Nominal rate
Check of the sensor of speed of the car (vehicle speed sensor)
|
Fig. 3.53. Scheme of check of the sensor of speed of the car
|
Remove the sensor of speed of the car and connect to it resistance of 3-10 kiloohms, as is shown in drawing 3.53.
Rotating a shaft of the sensor of speed of the car be convinced that on conclusions 2–3 sockets of the sensor arise tension (4 impulses for one turn).
Check of the operating AKPP relay (and/t control relay)
|
Fig. 3.54. The scheme of check of the operating AKPP relay
|
Remove the operating AKPP relay.
By means of wires to the crocodile socket (jumper wires) connect a conclusion 2 operating AKPP relays with positive (+) the plug of the storage battery, and a conclusion 4 – with negative (–) the plug.
Check a chain condition between conclusions 1 and 3 operating relays at connected and disconnected from plugs of the storage battery wires.
If operation of the relay differs from specified, replace the operating AKPP relay.
Check of electromagnetic valves
|
Fig. 3.55. Scheme of check of electromagnetic valves
|
Uncover cases of operating valves.
Disconnect sockets of each electromagnetic valve.
|
Fig. 3.56. Resistance measurement between conclusions 1 and 2 everyone the electromagnetic valve
|
Measure resistance between conclusions 1 and 2 (fig. 3.56) everyone of the electromagnetic valve.
If resistance falls outside the limits nominal rate, replace the electromagnetic valve.
