Unscrew a nice stopper and merge oil for (ATF) AKPP from a transmission (fig. 3.98).
Remove the case of the air filter assembled.

Remove collars and disconnect taking-away and bringing hoses of a maslookhladitel of AKPP (fig. 3.99).

NOTE
After a detachment of hoses it is necessary to close opening jams in hoses and transmission unions not to allow hit in them of a dust or extraneous particles.

Remove a cable of management of AKPP.

Remove a cable of a drive of a speedometer (fig. 3.100).

Disconnect sockets of the switch of blocking of a starter (the AKPP selector switch), electromagnetic valves, the sensor of temperature of AKPP oil, the switch of the servo-driver of a brake of compulsory fall of transfer (Kickdown servo switch) (fig. 3.101).

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a transmission to the engine, the check point located on the top part (fig. 3.102).

Fix the engine on the special adaptation (a traverse 09200-38001) for fastening arms (fig. 3.103).
Lift the car on the lift.
Disconnect tips of steering drafts, spherical hinges of the bottom levers of a suspension bracket and remove shaft of a drive of wheels. Remove the steering mechanism and the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
Disconnect the kardanny hinge of a shaft of a steering.

NOTE
Put labels of relative position of the kardanny hinge of a shaft of a steering and a shaft of the steering mechanism before their detachment for simplification of the subsequent assembly.

Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a stretcher (fig. 3.104).
Remove a starter.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a transmission.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine.
Remove a transmission assembled by means of a transmission telescopic rack (jack T/m).

ATTENTION
Support of the engine and transmission should be established in a certain order.

Order of installation of arms of support
Arm of a lateral support of the engine.
Arm of a support of a transmission.
Arm of a back support of the engine.
Arm of a forward support of the engine.

ATTENTION
Be careful at installation of an arm of a forward support of the engine, do not damage and do not deform a support. If the support is destroyed, there can be a strong vibration of the power unit at operation of the engine idling.

Connect the hydrotransformer from a transmission and establish a transmission assembled on the engine (fig. 3.105).

ATTENTION
If the hydrotransformer at first to establish on the engine, at installation of a transmission the check point epiploon will be damaged. Therefore before assembly of the power unit always establish the hydrotransformer from a transmission (fig. 3.106).
