1.7.24. System of decrease in toxicity

There are three systems of decrease in toxicity:
1. System of compulsory ventilation of a case.
2. System of catching in pairs of fuel.
3. System of purification of the fulfilled gases.

System of compulsory ventilation of a case
The system of compulsory ventilation of a case is developed for prevention of the air pollution caused by break of karterny gases. This system provides intake of fresh air in an engine case via the air filter. In a case fresh air mixes up with karterny gases and gets via the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case (PCV) to admission system.

Catching system паров fuels
The system of catching is intended by pairs of fuel for hit prevention паров fuels in the atmosphere.

Adsorber
When the engine does not work, pairs of fuel collecting in a fuel tank, are adsorbed and stored in an adsorber. In engine operating time the adsorbed pairs of fuel from an adsorber get to admission system via the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber.

Electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber
Management of the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber carries out the electronic control unit; when the temperature of cooling liquid of the engine low and in engine operating time on idling turns, it is closed, that the evaporated fuel did not get to an inlet collector. After engine warming up, during movement in usual conditions it opens and passes the evaporated fuel in an inlet collector.

System of purification of the fulfilled gases
The system of purification of the fulfilled gases is the highly effective system operating composition of fulfilled gases and supporting optimum characteristics of the engine.

Catalytic converter – a part of a control system of emission of the fulfilled gases. It deletes some products of issue of the engine from exhaust gases. Catalytic converter superficially resembles the exhaust silencer and is located in the lower part of the car in release system.
The fulfilled gases, passing through catalytic converter, strongly it heat up. Hit of a large amount of not burned down fuel in catalytic converter can lead to its ignition.
It is necessary to observe service regulations of catalytic converter given below.
Use only unleaded gasoline.
Support the engine in a good technical condition. Excessively high temperature of converter can lead to misoperation of electric equipment, systems of ignition or fuel injection.
Do not go by the car at very low level of fuel. If fuel is spent completely, there can be interruptions in ignition and an overload of catalytic converter of the fulfilled gases.
Do not allow operation of the engine on idling turns more than 10 minutes.
It is not necessary to start the car engine by towage. It can lead to damage of catalytic converter of the fulfilled gases.
Avoid a parking in places where hot details of system of production of the fulfilled gases can contact to inflammable materials or subjects, for example with dry fallen leaves or a grass. It can lead to their ignition.
Do not concern some catalytic converter or other details of system of release when the engine works as they strongly heat up.
