5.1.8. Removal and installation of hoses of hydrosystem of the amplifier of a steering

Removal
Combine adjusting labels on the union, a delivery tube and a hose assembled, then put on a delivery hose (fig. 5.73). Remove an inlet air hose of the engine assembled.
Remove a clamp of a delivery hose of hydrosystem of the amplifier.
Disconnect a delivery tube from the union of the steering mechanism.
Lift the car on the lift and remove a clamp of fastening of returnable and delivery tubes.

Lower the car and unscrew perepuskny a bolt (24 mm) delivery hose on the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (fig. 5.74).
Remove a delivery hose and a tube assembled (fig. 5.75).
Installation
Installation of details is made as it should be, the return to removal.

NOTE
At installation of a delivery hose and a tube be assembled convinced that they are not overwound and there is no possibility of their contact to other details of the car.

After completion of installation remove air from hydrosystem of the amplifier of a steering.
