2.1.10. Drive of hinged unitsSurvey and drive check
Visually examine on existence of obvious signs of mechanical damages.
About 15 cracks on a belt edge at distance of 100 mm are allowed. If cracks exceed an admissible limit or lack of any fragments of a belt is found, establish a new belt of hinged units.

ATTENTION
Do not grease a belt of a drive of hinged units, its natyazhitel or an intermediate pulley (ы) since it can lead to damage of structure of a material of a belt of a drive, the mechanism of damping of a natyazhitel of a belt, the bearing of a pulley of a natyazhitel and the bearing of an intermediate pulley (ов).

Small diffused deposits of a rubber crumb do not testify to malfunction of a belt and consequently it is not necessary to establish a new belt of a drive of hinged units.
The extended deposits of a rubber crumb borrowing to 50 % of height of an edge of a belt of a drive of hinged units, too do not testify to malfunction, but it can cause the increased noise. If the increased noise is present, establish a new belt of a drive of hinged units.
Big deposits of a rubber crumb along flutes testify to malfunction, it can cause the increased noise and violation of stability of work of a belt of a drive. If big deposits or excessive noise of a belt are obvious, establish a new belt of a drive of hinged units.
Check a belt on existence of cracks. If the size of damage exceeds an admissible limit, establish a new belt of a drive of hinged units.
