Be convinced that level of cooling liquid reaches a bulk mouth of a radiator.

Connect a tester for check of the valve of a cover of a radiator to a bulk mouth of a radiator and create pressure of 140 kPas. Keeping the specified pressure during 2 mines, check absence of leakages of cooling liquid from a radiator, connections of hoses or hoses of system of cooling (fig. 2.5).

NOTE
Cooling liquid can be extremely hot. Do not uncover a radiator as it will lead to emission of steam and a razbryzgivaniye of hot or boiling liquid and can become the reason of a travmirovaniye of the service personnel. Start to work with cooling system only after engine cooling.

Carefully remove moisture from a surface of all details checked on absence of leaks.
At tester extraction for check of the valve of a cover of a radiator from a mouth of a radiator try not to allow razbryzgivaniye of cooling liquid.
At connection and a tester detachment, and also during carrying out check be careful not to deform a bulk mouth of a radiator.
In the presence of leaks repair or replace the corresponding detail.
