4.2.3. Removal, check and installation of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket

Removal
Remove a forward wheel.
Remove шплинт, unscrew a nut of fastening of a shaft of a drive of a wheel and remove a washer.
Weaken a nut of fastening of a spherical support of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist do not turn on a nut completely.
Unscrew two bolts of fastening of a forward rack to a rotary fist (bottom).
Pull a wheel nave outside from the car and separate from it a shaft of a drive of a wheel.

By means of the special tool (09568-34000) disconnect a spherical support of the bottom lever from the bottom lever (fig. 4.26).
Temporarily establish bolts of fastening of a forward rack to a rotary fist (bottom).
Unscrew a nut of fastening of a rack of the stabilizer.
Unscrew two bolts of fastening of And and G plugs of the bottom lever.
Remove the bottom lever of a suspension bracket assembled.

Installation

At an inhaling of fastening of a rack of the stabilizer, holding the spherical hinge from a pro-collar a wrench (14 mm), tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut (fig. 4.27).

Replacement of a protective cover and spherical support of the bottom lever

By means of a flat screw-driver remove a protective cover from a spherical support of the bottom lever (fig. 4.28).
Remove a lock ring.

By means of a plastic hammer beat out a spherical support from the bottom lever (fig. 4.29).

By means of the special tool (09545-11000) press a new spherical support in the bottom lever assembled (fig. 4.30).
Establish a lock ring.

By means of the special tool (09545-21000) establish a protective cover (fig. 4.31).

Replacement of the plug "G" of the bottom lever

Establish special tools (09545-02000, 09216-21200 and 09216-21100) on the bottom lever (fig. 4.32).
Vypressuyte plug.
Wet soap water the following details:
– external surface of the plug;
– an internal adjusting surface of the bottom lever under the plug.

Establish the new plug on the bottom lever by means of the special tool (09216-21100 and 09624-34000) (fig. 4.33).

NOTE
Press the plug "G" of the bottom lever, having arranged it at an angle, as is shown in drawing 4.34.

Check
Check rubber plugs on lack of wear or deformation.
Check the bottom lever on lack of a bend or cracks.
Check a protective cover of a spherical support on lack of cracks and damages.
Check all bolts on absence of deformation and damages.

Check the moment of rotation of a finger of a spherical support of the bottom lever (fig. 4.35).
In the presence of cracks or ruptures of a protective cover of a spherical support replace a spherical support of the bottom lever assembled.
Several times shake a finger of a spherical support of the bottom lever.
Measure the moment of rotation of a finger of a spherical support of the bottom lever.
Nominal rate: 3,5–4 N · m.
If the moment of rotation exceeds the top limit of nominal rate, replace a spherical support of the bottom lever assembled.
If the rotation moment less bottom limit of nominal rate, is allowed repeated installation of this spherical support if there is no jamming and excessive люфт a hinge finger.
