8.2.5. Removal and installation of a forward door

Weaken the screw of fastening of the internal handle of a door and disconnect it.

Be weakened screws of fastening of the lateral panel of a door.

By means of a stripper remove the lateral panel.

By means of a screw-driver disconnect an upholstery of a forward door (fig. 8.16).

In pressing the window regulator switch carefully lower glass so that in an aperture of a box of a door there were 2 bolts of fastening of glass, and unscrew bolts.

Remove glass from a sealant and carefully take out from an aperture (fig. 8.18).

Separate the socket of the electric motor of a window regulator (fig. 8.19).

Remove a window regulator assembled, having unscrewed nuts of fastening of the mechanism of a window regulator (4EA) and a nut of fastening of the electric motor (ZEA) (fig. 8.20).

Remove a forward fillet, having unscrewed nuts of fastening (2EA).

Unscrew screws of fastening of the lock (fig. 8.21).

Remove assembly bolts of the limiter of opening of a forward door (2EA).

Remove forward assembly bolts of a door loop and disconnect a connector.

Remove a forward door (fig. 8.22).

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
