6.1.7. Removal and installation of a pedal of a brake
Removal
Remove the switch of stoplights.
Remove шплинт and take out a finger of an earring of draft.

Unscrew nuts of fastening of an arm of a pedal of a brake (fig. 6.16). Remove an arm together with a brake pedal.
Check
Estimate degree of wear of plugs of a pedal.
Be convinced of absence of deformation of a pedal.
Check a returnable spring.
Check the switch of stoplights.

By means of an ohmmeter measure resistance between switch conclusions (fig. 6.17). If at the pressed pusher of the switch the chain is opened (infinitely big resistance), and at the released pusher is (zero resistance) - the switch in norm.
Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

NOTE
Do not forget to fix an earring finger the shplinty.
|
Tighten nuts of fastening of an arm of a pedal the regulated moment of 13-16 N · m.
Adjust height of installation of a pedal and its free wheeling.
Establish the switch of stoplights.
