NOTE Do not assort the external CV JOINT «Tripod of TJ». Special konsistentny greasing is applied to greasing of CV JOINTS of a shaft of a drive of a wheel. Do not mix old and new greasing, and also different types of konsistentny greasings. After removal replace collars of protective covers of the CV JOINT new.

Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover of the internal CV JOINT and remove a protective cover from the case of the internal CV JOINT (fig. 3.131).

ATTENTION Be careful, do not damage a protective cover at removal.

Remove a lock ring from a shaft of a drive of a wheel, then remove трипод the CV JOINT assembled (fig. 3.132).

Clear трипод the CV JOINT assembled.

Remove collars of a protective cover of the external CV JOINT and remove a protective cover from the case of the external CV JOINT.

ATTENTION If repeated installation of a protective cover of the CV JOINT is supposed, wrap up (plastic) insulating tape a shlitsevy part of a shaft not to allow cover damage (fig. 3.133).

Check a shlitsevy part of a shaft of a drive of a wheel on lack of the increased wear or damages.

Be convinced of lack of the water, extraneous particles, dirt or rusts in a protective cover of the external CV JOINT.

Be convinced that rollers on axes трипода assembled rotate normally and there are no traces of the increased wear or corrosion.

Check a flute of an internal surface of the case of the CV JOINT about lack of wear tracks or corrosion.

Check a dynamic damper on absence of damages or cracks.

Wrap up (plastic) insulating tape a shlitsevy part of a shaft of a drive of a wheel from the internal CV JOINT for prevention of damage of a protective cover.

Put greasing on a shaft of a drive of a wheel and establish protective covers of CV JOINTS.

External CV JOINT (BJ): CENTOPLEX 278M/136K.

Internal CV JOINT (TJ): KLKTJ 41–182 (MS511–50, KOREA KLUBER).

For installation of a dynamic damper, holding the external CV JOINT and a shaft of a drive of a wheel so that they were on a straight line, fix a dynamic damper a collar in the places specified in drawing 3.134.

Fill with special konsistentny greasing a protective cover of the internal CV JOINT and establish it into place.

Fix a protective cover of the internal CV JOINT collars.

Add special konsistentny greasing in the case of the external CV JOINT in quantity which corresponds to amount of the greasing removed at check.

Establish a protective cover of the external CV JOINT.

Fix a protective cover of the external CV JOINT collars.

Establish collars of protective covers of external CV JOINTS at the corresponding distance from each other (to provide necessary volume of air in a cover), and then reliably tighten collars (fig. 3.135).
