Removal, check and installation of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case 
Disconnect a ventilating hose from the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case. Remove the valve from a cover of a head of cylinders and connect it to a ventilating hose.

Start the engine and let's to it work at an idling mode. Close a finger an opening of the valve and be convinced that depression existence from an inlet collector  (fig. 2.219) is felt.

The plunzher of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case will move to this moment forward and back. 
 | 
 
 
 
 
Check 
Remove the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case. 
Insert a thin core into the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case from a carving part and, moving a core forward and back, check that the plunzher moves.

If the plunzher does not move, in the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case there are deposits  (fig. 2.220). In this case it is necessary to clean or replace the valve.  
 
Installation 
Establish the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case on a place and tighten it the nominal moment. 
Moment of an inhaling of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case: 8–12 N · m.
