Coolant R-134a possesses high летучестью. Hit of a drop of a coolant on skin can cause local frostbite. During works with a coolant use points for protection of eyes and gloves for protection of hands. At coolant hit in eyes immediately wash out them water.

The capacity with coolant R-134a is under high pressure. It is forbidden to store capacity in places where it can undergo influence of high temperatures. Temperature of storage should not exceed 52 °C.

Tightness of system check an electronic techeiskatel. It is necessary to remember that coolant R-134a at impact on it open flame allocates highly toxic gas phosgene.

For filling of a contour of coolant R-134a use only oil of the specified brand. Application of oils of other brands can cause a system exit out of operation.

As PAG oil intensively absorbs moisture from air, it is necessary to observe the following precautionary measures:

– at removal of any details of a refrigerating contour at once muffle openings for protection against moisture hit;

– at installation of details of a refrigerating contour remove caps of openings directly ahead of installation of details;

– connection of all pipelines and hoses make during the shortest time to prevent moisture hit in conditioner system;

– use compressor oil only the specified brand from tight capacity.

At casual leakage of a coolant from system air a workplace before to continue work.

It is forbidden to weaken connections of details to coolant plum from system.

For prevention of hit of moisture at once close open openings of details caps or caps.

Remove protective caps only directly ahead of detail installation.

At connection of unions of details surely put new sealing rings, previously having put on the union and consolidation a coolant.
