2.3.3. Removal, check and installation of camshafts

Engine camshafts in volume of 1,8 l are shown on fig. 2.95.
Removal
Disconnect a hose and a ventilating hose of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case.

Remove a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid and a pulley of a cranked shaft (fig. 2.96). Uncover a belt of a drive of GRM.
Weaken bolts of a roller of a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of GRM, weaken a tension of a belt and temporarily fix a roller of a natyazhitel.
Remove a belt of a drive of GRM from a camshaft asterisk.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the central cover and then uncover.
Remove ignition coils assembled.

Remove covers of bearings of a camshaft and a chain of a drive of GRM (fig. 2.98). Remove camshafts. |
