2.6.2. Removal, check and installation of an inlet collector

Removal
Remove a shumozashchitny casing of the engine.
Disconnect an inlet air hose from the butterfly valve case (fig. 2.200). Disconnect a cable of a pedal of an accelerator.
Disconnect a hose of system of compulsory ventilation of a case and a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes.

Disconnect vacuum hoses, the socket of a plait of wires of the servo-driver of a regulator of turns of idling and the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (fig. 2.201). Before a detachment of a fuel hose of a high pressure from a fuel collector pit residual pressure from топливопроводов a high pressure not to allow a fuel razbryzgivaniye.
Unscrew fastening of an inlet collector.
Remove an inlet collector in collecting and laying.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of fuel nozzles.

Installation
Replace laying of an inlet collector new and establish an inlet collector into place.

Be careful, do not drop a nozzle at installation of a fuel collector.
|
Establish a fuel collector together with nozzles.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires of fuel nozzles.
Establish an arm of a support of an inlet collector.
Connect a fuel hose of a high pressure.
Connect a hose of system of compulsory ventilation of a case and a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes.
Connect an inlet air hose to the butterfly valve case.
Connect a cable of a pedal of an accelerator.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires of the servo-driver of a regulator of turns of idling and the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
