Fig. 2.24. Engine fixing on a traverse

Fix the engine on a traverse for arms of fastening and hang up it on the lift, then raise the engine assembled for unloading of support from weight of the power unit (fig. 2.24) a little.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a lateral support of the engine (to the engine and a body).

Fig. 2.25. Lateral support of the engine

Remove a lateral support (assembled with an arm) from the engine (fig. 2.25).
On models from a 5-step manual transmission remove the sensor switch of lamps of a backing.

Fig. 2.26. Bolt of fastening of a support of a transmission

Fig. 2.27. Forward support of the engine

Remove a forward support of the engine assembled from a stretcher (fig. 2.27).

Fig. 2.28. Back support of the engine

Remove a back support of the engine assembled from a stretcher (fig. 2.28).

Installation
In order that the limiter of a support did not move, be convinced that it is correctly inserted into an internal tube of a support.

Fig. 2.29. Scheme of installation of the limiter of a support

Establish the support limiter into place, having convinced of correctness of its arrangement (fig. 2.29).

Fig. 2.30. Installation of a forward support of the engine

Establish an engine support so that it settled down under the correct corner (And) to an arm (fig. 2.30).
Models with AKPP: 27–33 °.
Models with MKPP: 11–17 °.

Fig. 2.31. Installation of a back support of the engine

Establish an engine support so that it settled down under the correct corner (In) to an arm (fig. 2.31).

Models with MKPP: 17–23 °.

Installation of the basic plug of a stretcher

NOTE
Basic plugs of forward and back cross-section beams of a stretcher are directing.
Be convinced that basic plugs are correctly focused at installation.
In two places on the top surface of cross-section beams of a stretcher and the corresponding basic plugs there are labels (in the form of arrows) the installation directions.

Fig. 2.32. Installation of basic plugs in internal tubes of cross-section beams of a stretcher

At installation of basic plugs in internal tubes of cross-section beams of a stretcher combine the arrow direction on the plug with the arrow direction on a cross-section beam of a stretcher (fig. 2.32).

NOTE
Check that before installation of the shooter on the basic plug it is located parallel to an arrow on a cross-section beam of a stretcher. Be convinced that the arrow direction on the established basic plug deviates no more than on ±3 ° the arrow direction on a cross-section beam of a stretcher.
